Below is a summary of what you can expect from us when entrusting us with a job spec:

  • We make personal contact with our clients to ensure that we have a full and comprehensive position-specific brief
 
  • We refer to any Service Level Agreement or present Terms and Conditions to new clients for signature to ensure that fees have been agreed and any specific requirements are met
  • Initial feedback is given to clients within 24 hours of receiving the detailed job specification
  • Our consultants will then start the process of identifying suitably skilled candidates
  • We stay in regular contact with clients throughout our search while preparing to submit suitable candidates for consideration
  • Appropriate candidates are interviewed on behalf of our clients to ascertain the candidates’ skills, education level and work history
  • We evaluate the candidate’s skills, knowledge and ability to establish how closely the candidate meets the client’s requirements
  • References, clearances and testing are undertaken on candidates
  • 1-3 appropriate CV’s are presented to our clients, preferably at a face-to-face meeting to discuss the closeness of the match. We ask our client to agree to interview times for short-listed candidates at this meeting
  • The consultant will liaise with both client and candidate to make first interview arrangements
  • The position is discussed in detail with each candidate prior to the interview
  • Following the interview we debrief each candidate as soon as possible after completion of the interview
  • Our clients are contacted to obtain feedback shortly after completion of the interviews
  • Arrangements are made for second and subsequent interviews for suitable candidates after completion of the first interviews
  • Tower guarantees the technical suitability of placed candidates for 90 days
  • Our consultants maintain regular contact with the client and the candidate subsequent to the conclusion of the placement to ensure that we improve our knowledge of your unique requirements
