| Tower Group Procedures & Service Levels for Permanent Placements: |
- We make personal contact with our client to ascertain specific requirements within one hour of receiving the job spec creation
- We present Terms and Conditions to our client for signature and ensure fees have been agreed
- Initial feedback is given to the client within 24 hours of receiving the job specification
- The
consultant searches the database for appropriate candidates and
contacts each of them to discuss the position. This process is
completed within 48 hours.
- We call our client and submit suitable candidates for consideration within 48 hours
- The post is advertised immediately
if necessary and Tower’s Terms and Conditions
have been signed
- We update our client on progress at least every second day
- Telephonic advert response
is carefully screened
- Appropriate candidates are interviewed
on behalf of our client to ascertain the candidates’ skills, education
level and work history
- We evaluate the candidate’s skills, knowledge and ability to establish how closely the candidate meets the client’s requirements
- References, clearances and testing are undertaken on candidates
- 1-5 appropriate CV’s are presented to the client preferably at a
face-to-face meeting to discuss the closeness of the match. We ask our
client to agree to interview times for short-listed candidates at this
meeting
- The consultant will liaise with both parties to make first interview arrangements
- The position is discussed in detail with each candidate prior to the interview
- Following the interview we debrief each candidate within one hour of completion of the interview
- The client is contacted to obtain feedback within 2 hours of completion of the interviews
- Arrangements are made for second and subsequent interviews within 1 – 3 days of the completion of the first interviews
- Tower guarantees the technical suitability of placed candidates for a 3 month period
- Our consultant will maintain
regular contact with the client and the candidate
subsequent to the conclusion of the arrangement
